What to expect?

  • The number of sessions is not prescriptive, you can have as many sessions as needed.
  • Location can be flexible depending on your needs, however currently we offer therapy just online or over the phone.
  • The duration of a session is one hour, and sessions are usually held on regular basis.
  • You will benefit from professional support and we have a good network with other professionals to enable referrals to other specialists when needed.
  • Starting therapy is subject to an initial consultation, when you and the counsellor can decide how you can work together, and a contract will be agreed.
  • We know therapy sessions can be a challenge for you, as you are supported to reflect on aspects of your life that are not always easy on your emotions.
  • Your engagement in the process is essential and we guarantee compassion, respect and professionalism.
