Monthly gathering every second Sunday evening of the month for 2 hours of creative storytelling at Moonhenge.-, just during the summer months.
The attendees will be supported to creatively express themselves and to discover their own resources.
Guided imaginary and mindfulness exercises might be included, as well as a diversity of spiritual and individual belief sharing.
Diverse therapeutic and creative techniques will be used by the organiser during the meeting, to enhance participants creativity and participation.
Come along with an open and curious mind, ready to explore symbols, metaphors and different ways of expressing yourself verbally or not.
Bring costumes , masks and soft musical instruments to support you express your inner story.
Refreshment drinks will be provided.
Please bring along a blanket and be mindful that part of the evening will be outdoors.

Outdoor activities will be subject to attendees acknowledging a risk assessment, as will be held out of the organiser’s therapy room but on the private land of Moonhenge.
